I have requested a withdrawal, when will I receive my money?

We have a withdrawal processing time of up to 24 hours. Once a withdrawal has been successfully processed and released from our end, a time period will apply depending on the payment method used, these can be seen below:

• Bank Transfer: 2-7 banking days.
• Visa/Mastercard: 2-5 banking days.
